animals offer a compelling mix of beauty, behavior, and storytelling. they are unpredictable, which makes every encounter unique. i often feel a sense of excitement and challenge when trying to capture the perfect moment — whether it’s a predator in motion, a bird taking flight, or a quiet interaction between animals. this unpredictability pushes me to sharpen my timing, patience, and technical skills. but mainly - it allows me to enjoy the magic moments and the sheer beauty of the natural world around us.

I found out there is only one species of truly wild horses left worldwide and they originate in Mongolia. All others are feral (or semi-wild) in that they are descendants from domesticated horses.

These were from Bøtø forest in Denmar

these creatures create an emotional connection with people. they can express curiosity, alertness, affection, or tension through posture and facial expressions. when I capture these moments, the result helps relate to the animal’s emotion, making the image more meaningful and memorable.

spending time observing animals in their habitats encourages patience, mindfulness, and respect for ecosystems. thankfully this also serves as a way to promote conservation by showing the beauty and vulnerability of animals in the wild. People only protect what they love.
